What Kind of Birds Go In?

The opening is sized at 1.25” for small adventurous birds such as chickadee, nuthatch, titmouse, wren & downy woodpeckers. Enlarge the hole to 1.5” for bluebirds & tree swallows.

Water repellent, dirt resistant and naturally durable, this hand felted sheep wool birdhouse will retain its shape for well over a year when fully exposed to weather. Felted wool breathes and will dry quickly after a rain. Bright colors will slowly fade if placed in direct sun, but in a fully protected or shaded place the color will last for years!

Easy to Clean

Use the opening at the bottom to clean out any old nesting material. Brush off loose dirt & Rinse with water if needed.

Stuffed With Fun!

Filled with fun-to-read recycled newspaper from Kathmandu. Remove when ready to use, hang & begin birdwatching!
